Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni

In 1975, Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni has been graduated of the European Institute of International Studies at the University of Nice and in 1976, she obtained a bachelors of Arts (Laurea) in Foreign Languages and Literature (English, American, French) at the University of Venice (Ca' Foscari), in Italy. In 2011/2012, she was director General of Programmes (Strategic orientation of the intergovernmental activities of the Council of Europe, supervision of their implementation in both Headquarters and Field missions, responsible for the overall resource mobilisation of the Organisation). Today, she is deputy Secretary General at the Council of Europe.
